How it works.

Your involvement ends when we leave your home. Everything after that — the research, the listings, the questions, the packing, the postage — is ours to handle.

Tell us what you have

A quick message or call is all it takes. Describe what you are thinking of selling — even a rough idea is fine. We will tell you honestly what is worth selling, what to expect in terms of price and timeframe, and whether anything is unlikely to find a buyer.

There is no commitment at this stage. Many people call with a list and we narrow it down together.

We come to you

We arrange a time to visit. We inspect each item in person, discuss condition, and give you an indicative price range for each one. You then set the minimum you will accept — that figure is your floor, and nothing sells below it without your agreement.

We take everything away with us. From this point, you are done.

Items remain yours until sold. You can request them back at any point before a sale completes (a small cancellation fee applies if the item has already been listed).

We handle everything

Each item is researched thoroughly — comparable sold prices, the right platform, the right keywords. We photograph each item properly, write detailed and accurate descriptions, and field every buyer enquiry. Lowball offers, time-wasters and questions are all dealt with before they ever reach you.

When something sells, we pack it carefully and manage the shipment or local collection. All of this is included in our fee — there is nothing additional to pay for photography, postage materials or our time answering buyer questions.

For large, collection-only items (furniture, bicycles, exercise equipment), we coordinate all arrangements with the buyer. You never need to be involved or present.

Nothing is ever listed under your name. All items appear under our seller account — no connection to your identity, profile or address.

You receive payment

Payment is sent to you within 30 days of the sale. The delay exists because buyers have a statutory right to return items that are faulty or significantly mis-described. We absorb that risk — if a return happens, we deal with it. Returns occur in approximately 1 in every 200 transactions.

If something has not sold after three months, we will contact you to review. Usually the price needs adjusting. At that point you can revise the minimum, take the item back, or ask us to donate it on your behalf.

Price researchWe check comparable sold prices to set the right listing price — not too low, not so high it sits unsold.
PhotographyProper photographs in good light, showing condition accurately. This is one of the biggest factors in the price achieved.
Listing & keywordsDetailed, honest descriptions with the right search terms. Buyers find items through keywords — getting this right matters.
Buyer communicationsEvery question, offer and message handled by us. You will not hear from any buyer unless you want to.
Packing & postageWe source appropriate packaging, pack items carefully and manage all shipping. Fragile items get the attention they need.
Dispute handlingBuyer disputes and return requests are managed by us. In the rare event of a return, we deal with it entirely.
